CREATE SPACE FOR A LIFE YOU LOVE

For those of you who know me for a while know that the above is my mission and passion statement.

How do you create space for a life you love? Physical space is one thing (also a passion of mine), but MENTAL space is the theme for today.

I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately. And it’s because I needed some headspace. And it was an intentional and mindful decision. There’s so much noise out there.

We are so distracted.

All the time.

So I grabbed my favourite cuppa and went on a journey with myself.

And guess what I found?

Three things:
✨ peace of mind
✨ mental and embodied clarity
✨ a leap of personal growth

It’s really cool to look within and slow down. The hustle and bustle really is the true killer of our creativity. Why? Because we don’t have the space to breathe nor to hear what our hearts have to say when we’re too busy.

So just for today, can you take 5 mins to simply breathe and listen to the voice of your heart?

Mental health awareness month is coming to an end. It doesn’t mean we should stop caring. The work continues every day as we plant more seeds for a healthier future.

Our environment and the clutter in it, both mental and physical, seriously impact our mood and mental health. Most of the time we’re not even aware of the issue, until dis-ease shows up.

Every environment has a significant impact on our health. In our modern world, however, many environments cause us to feel stressed, a lack of focus and in the worst case, dis-ease.

These are just some of the benefits of an organised space and mind:

✨ reduced stress and anxiety
✨ improved focus and productivity
✨ a boost in mood and confidence
✨ better sleep

Think about it, having an organised environment can actually help you create space for more calm, positivity and relaxation and the ripple effects lead far beyond in terms of wellbeing and better relationships 🤍🤍
